He never has been and NEVER will be. He is far too trunover prone in the clutch. Winners thrive in the clutch, losers choke. Noteam in the NFL could or would win Superbowl utilizing Carson palmer as their starter. When you get ACL's in your first season. RG3 is done after next season unless he move to exclusively pocket passing. He's had 3 knee surgeries now - another one and he's done. Wilson and Kap are stout physically and won't get hurt easily. To some extent, Pryor is the same in that way, he's big and won't get hurt easily - but he needs to prove he can throw with sound mechanics in the pocket and not run on every down. He hasn't proved that yet - even in college.
