A community by definition, is a people with common interest living in a particular area. Simple as that, now to extend it you can have commonwealth meaning for the best interest of those of the community. So as long as you have a population of people with common beliefs and living in the same area it is by definition a community. It’s easy to say what you believe when you base it on lifes experiences but when it’s not based on lifes experiences it’s hard to have believe.
