Raiders OTA begins in 30 minutes

By Steve Corkran
Tuesday, May 28th, 2013 at 9:26 am in Oakland Raiders.

The Raiders are back at work today as they kick off the second week of their organized team activities in Alameda. Naturally, we’re expecting to see defensive back Charles Woodson in a Raiders uniform for the first time since the final game of the 2005 season.
Woodson signed with the Raiders last week, and he is slated to play his 16th NFL season as a member of the team that selected him in the first round of the 1998 NFL draft.
It’s also possible that we’ll get a look at wide receiver/kick returner Josh Cribbs on the field for the first time. He missed last week’s OTA while recovering from a sore knee.
Beyond that, everyone is expected to be here, with the exception of running back Deonte Williams, who still isn’t eligible to participate because his college class hasn’t graduated yet.
Stay tuned for Tweets and Twitpics from the field, as well as blog posts throughout the day.

    no sense panicking bc a kid who almost lost his life playing football, becomes our critical first round pick, then as soon as he steps on the field again ends up in the hospital with abdominal issues. AND hes yet to play with contact yet. Yep anyone who has concerns is hater
    ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
    Like I said, drama queen always bashing the Raiders. Just chomping at the bit to criticize Reg and DA.

    Love the Raiders, have concerns about Reggie, dislike crossposters like you/Charlie

    i’ll try not panic yet about Hayden. it’s not a chest injury … or some kind of knee or ankle problem. abdominal pain is probably something temporary

    was it OK to have concerns when DHB was dropping passes his first training camp? but when Hayden ends up in the hospital after the first time on the football field after almost dying on the football field we should just ignore it like its a minor injury

    It’s hilarious that Matt Flynn wasn’t ‘good’ with Seattle to you guys. He completed 72% of his throws. Yeah… that sucks. LOL
    ================

    he clearly wasnt “good” enough you have to score.

    Nobody cares about maintaining a high cmp% between the 20’s if you dont put tds on the board

    elway was 55% or lower 9 of his years in the nfl, but the broncos scored tds, that is what is important

    flynn = very good back up qb

    >. when i read your posts i can feel brain cells burn.

    Pryor is better than Wilson,,,
    ===========================
    Since you must have been at practice to make that statement,how did the WRs look?Who looked the best?
    ;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
    By today’s performance Pryor is better than Wilson or Flynn. How do you know he’s not, where you there?

    >> you should go carry Pryors jock.

    I’ve never been to the hospital for abdominal pain in my life, wouldn’t expect it from a pro athlete either. UNLESS HIS HEART WAS EXPLODING!!!
