I think there needs to be more intense camps throughout the offseason to keep these guys in shape so they don’t fall apart in training camp.

    @@@@@@

HUGE problem w the new CBA. Players really fked it up. They looked at like a win because they “convinced” the owners to reduce practice amounts and schedules and practices on pads. They can even be in the building many periods throughout the year.

And what did they expect the owners to say? “Oh no, we insist you practice longer hours an useless equipment and cost is more in utilities and make us pay more for food and housing. We INSIST you players practice more!”

What a joke. And now these stupid players w their stupid CBA r paying for it physically. It’s not just our team. It’s a league wide issue. Soapy more guys going down then in the past, and most teams haven’t even played a game yet.

    Stupid. Stupid. Stupid.

No Ghost I was referring to nfl.com. You can buy the games to watch a stream but they don’t air until after the live broadcast. I don’t know what it costs now but used to be pretty reasonable a couple seasons ago. Prob JACKED by now the greedy bastards.
But there are some places you get it but you pretty much have to make your computer appear to be from a country where the long arms of the nfl’s lawyers haven’t yet reached. Somewhere where don’t care about copyright laws.
Like Chechnya or similar. For that you need a proxying service…
    ——————–
As long as you yourself aren’t broadcasting the only thing you really have to worry about is the usually terrible quality and maybe some malware if you aren’t careful.

Good talk with the trib staff they appear to be treating me fairly for the time being. I am in agreement with them & give the credit for acting quickly on the concerns I raised.

We may not agree on Jd and Pryor but at least they are hearing me out & willing to work with me to rid us of the blight.

My work has not gone in vain
    *******
Lol. I thought they were on u for it. Now u spin it to u working together to rid others?

    C’mon man.

    Why do trolls do it?

I believe that most trolls are sad people, living their lonely lives vicariously through those they see as strong and successful.

Disrupting a stable newsgroup gives the illusion of power, just as for a few, stalking a strong person allows them to think they are strong, too.

For trolls, any response is ‘recognition’; they are unable to distinguish between irritation and admiration; their ego grows directly in proportion to the response, regardless of the form or content of that response.

Trolls, rather surprisingly, dispute this, claiming that it’s a game or joke; this merely confirms the diagnosis; how sad do you have to be to find such mind-numbingly trivial timewasting to be funny?

Remember that trolls are cowards; they’ll usually post just enough to get an argument going, then sit back and count the responses (Yes, that’s what they do!).

it is tapering off right now….the weather radio just said we got 2-3 inches of rain in the past hour. Looks like the storm drains are starting to handle it. We do have rivers that run through town, but years ago the national guard put in flood controls.

    Ah Ha, got it.

    Hope you don’t get wet.

My wife is from Iowa, and lived near the “Cedar River?”

Their basement would flood out during heavy storms.

    Good Luck Brother.

#Raiders preseason game on Friday will not be televised live. It will be on delay on KICU.

It will only be live in LA (Raiders’ home) on KTLA.
Well, it’ll be live at A’s stadium also.

LA is not the Raiders home……when Chargers are on at same time during regular season…guess whose game will be televised?
