McFadden, Jennings good to go today; Wisniewski out

By Steve Corkran
Sunday, October 13th, 2013 at 9:08 am in Oakland Raiders.

The Raiders inactives for today’s game against the Kansas City Chiefs are: WR Juron Criner, offensive tackle Menelik Watson, center Stefen Wisniewski, defensive tackles Christo Bilukidi and Daniel Muri, linebacker Kaluka Maiava and strong safety Tyvon Branch.
That means that running backs Darren McFadden and Rashad Jennings are good to go despite nagging hamstring injuries. McFadden sat out Oakland’s game against the Chargers on Monday night, with Jennings starting in place of McFadden but getting removed from the game in the second half.

One of the things I looked forward to about a new gm is that we would get a consistent kicker. Guess the boss sees something in Jano. I don’t get it. I don’t want circus theatrics at the kicker position, the occasional 60 yard bomb. I want consistency from 30, 40 yards.

  • MaddenRaider

Our defense is like the skunky green grass that grows. No matter how bad things get, they’re just there.

  • RaidingTexas

Or maybe the lack of free agent kickers who are better than the 30th all-time most accurate kicker?

  • Stringer Bell

D is bringing it. They can’t afford to miss FG in a defensive battle like this.

    i agree…tough miss

  • tom kaufman

Send WRS to sidelines and run Pryor straight up the gut

  • MaddenRaider

He’s kicked so many field goals in his career he should have good stats. The bottom line is he’s just unreliable. Makes spectacular field goals when little in on the line, but misses too many when something is. The stats can distract people from that.

  • Raider O

I’m using too. Is it safe from viruses?

  • 2romes

    damn, tough field position again…

  • 2romes

I hate when the punt returner dances around then they can get yards going straight up the middle. This is a game of field position now!

  • 2romes

Out of the pocket throw it away!

  • SnBG

Just throw the ball away Pryor.

  • Rico Stifler

Can’t remember which play I said this about. If it was the one where he was flushed from the pocket and took an 8 yard sack, then yeah, he could have thrown it away… God you’re an idiot…
