    Ross=Reggie Guy?
    Young=DA’s guy from New Orleans?
Wonder if any meddling is involved…

  • Raiders for Life

Gotta agree with you. Pryor was pathetic yesterday. I can’t argue with that. I’ll still poke fun at you and Doc for thinking Flynn was the guy though.

  • Gdog

Agreed. I pointed out this morning that we have 13 mill of dead money between Flynn and CP this year.

13 mill is what it would have taken to KEEP CP, and we would be 5-4 right now (CP would have beaten Wash, and NYG.) Thanx Reggie!

Now we get to see Pryor slowly JaMarcus himself… its agonizing.

  • seymour bush

    Well said.

@AdamSchefter Packers are signing QB Matt Flynn.

@SeifertESPN Flynn’s elbow situation is real. Isn’t 100 percent from what I’ve heard.
But this is an emergency situation. Need Tolzien backup. #Packers

The dude has nine lives just like a cat.

  • Gdog

    Gawd I hope not…

  • Gdog

Flynn was hot garbage. But Pryor is getting there fast… in fact already there. The wheels are falling off… 3 of 4 games are worse than -5 PFF.
37th rated QB… and he was in the top fifteen after game 5.
Something is obviously wrong in his head.

  • GhostToThePost

Slob: “Pryor will never start for the Raiders”
In other words, you’re an idiot.

  • GhostToThePost

Slob: “Matt Flynn is a top 10 qb”

    Lol…yes, you’re an idiot.
    NO ONE DOUBTS THAT.

  • GhostToThePost

BTW, racist crossposter, myself and a few others stated months ago that BOTH FLYNN AND PRYOR WERE NOT THE ANSWER.
Look at you all excited that you got one out of 10 predictions right.

  • GhostToThePost

    the famous dr robert:

Check the stats dummy. Flynn’s 90+ rating would place him #8.

    I’m right again.
    ==========
    LOL
Flynn’s rating is below 84, you clown.
Which means around TWENTY FIVE OTHER QB’S RATINGS ARE HIGHER, YOU CLOWN.

    You know what you need?
    A trip to Fisherman’s Wharf.
    Yeah, that’s the ticket.
Let us know how that goes.

  • the famous dr robert

    Still chasing me? Not surprised.

    1) much of the hyperbole was aimed at punks like u just to ruffle ur feathers which is so easy.
    2) Pryor sucks and Flynn was better. My basic argument. Proven.
    3) my predictions were based on what SHOULD have happened. And I was of course correct.

Plus u keep following me around Danny.

    I win.

  • GhostToThePost

    So Packers re-sign flynn.
As a backup to a qb who was on the practice squad week or so ago?
Oh yeah, that flynn has heads spinning, lol

  • Bigmike34

    83.7 QB Rating
    1 TD 1 INT
    64.7% completion rate
Prior’s Numbers….Hardly He wishes they were….Those are Flynn’s numbers in his one start for the Raiders…sore elbow and all…
I HAVE SAID IT BEFORE AND WILL SAY IT AGAIN….PRYOR IS A Gifted FOOTBALL PLAYER WHO SHOULD BE A WR…HE IS NOT A QB…HE IS NOT A GOOD (PASSER…believe it or not a requirement for being a QB)
He is not a field General….he is a runner…He will never be our Franchise QB….
The Gifted runner as QB, is an fad …Look around the league and see for yourself…

  • Bigmike34

Career Numbers…He… appeared in 39 games including his one Raider Start…
    90.4 Career QB rating
    10 TDs…6 INTs
    62.3 Completion rate
    7.6 Yards per Completion
    1,329 yards…
Holds the Greenbay record for yards in a game (480) and TDs in a Game (6)
After paying the guy $6 million or so wouldn’t it have made sense to keep him and Fix his elbow…Surgery or Whatever it takes….

  • rioderek

Flynn has been dumped by 3 or 4 teams in this season alone. The guy is pure garbage.

  • bennings

Scorkran said the exact same thing about Knapp last season – he’s doing fine, no playmakers, blah blah blah, the sad part is, by NFL standards, Olson is average. This isn’t the Bill Walsh era when the league was loaded with talented OCs (most of whom traced their lineage from Walsh). Still, you’d think there would be someone out there flying under the radar, a young Jon Gruden, if you will. I thought David Shaw’s offense against Oregon was as good as anything I have seen in the NFL this year and better than most. The Raiders should throw the bank at Shaw – the days of being out-coached (at any point in the proceedings) would be officially-over. It solves two problems, at once (Allen and Olson) and Tarver would stay.

  • bennings

Ross never should have survived final cuts – Reggie Smith was flat-out better, and Young is twice the player he is – RM makes the final roster decisions, and he has a GB connection with Ross – this whole thing stinks; the team is 3-6 and headed the wrong way. I don’t see a win anytime soon very sorry to say.

  • turf toe

Five years. Two is enough for me. Reggie doesn’t have it.
