Raiders center Rodney Hudson is active on Sunday and will start against the Broncos after missing the past three of the past four games with a sprained right ankle.
Hudson, who originally injured the ankle Nov. 8 against the Steelers, hasn’t played since re-injuring the ankle Nov. 22 against the Lions. Center Tony Bergstrom played solidly in his absence, but the Raiders have missed the presence of a Pro Bowl-caliber play in Hudson.
Running back Taiwan Jones also is active and resumes his role as backup running back. He suffered a knee injury early in that Lions game and missed the past two games. That makes Roy Helu Jr. inactive again.
Safety Nate Allen (knee) is out, as expected, and defensive lineman Shelby Harris is out with an ankle injury. That allows defensive tackle Leon Orr, signed to the active roster from the practice squad Saturday, to be active and potentially make his NFL debut.
The Raiders other inactives: OL Jon Feliciano, OL Matt McCants, WR Rod Streater and TE Gabe Holmes.
For the Broncos, quarterback Peyton Manning remains inactive, along with WR Andre Caldwell, DB David Bruton, DB Omar Bolden, DB TJ Ward, LB Danny Trevathan, OL Sam Brenner.
