So this chart means nothing and is subterfuge to confuse the opposition.

  • Purvisman/Eternal Optimist

Hell, Carr might be lucky to hold off C Cook!

  • RAY NJ

    Cut Reece already! Move on.

  • R8erEduc8er

Gotta keep an eye on this Lotulelei.

  • Guest123

where is GG when you need him?

  • Guest123

    Star’s cousin

  • R8drTahoe in SF

Again, cut the probowler because the fans are tired of him…

  • R8erEduc8er

4-3 alignment on this depth chart just makes it easier for the team to display players. I think we’ll play a lot of 5-2.

  • willy91137

No worries we have lots of experts in here

  • R8drTahoe in SF

The guy that steps in as running back when called upon to do so and gets over one hundred yards per game.

  • R8drTahoe in SF

But he did drop a few passes last season so he’s got to go.

  • willy91137

This is the money year no injuries this year

  • SB3

Whatever we run, just get us some damn stops and get off the field on 3rd down.

  • R8erEduc8er

Has to be. Only like a 100 of them in ‘Murica.

  • R8drTahoe in SF

I sure hope not. He’s looked really good when he’s playing as a starter… it’s just been times so brief that it’s hard to say.

  • SB3

    Cooooooooop coming up on 95.7.

  • Guest123

but can you project him doing that moving forward? He’s gotten a bit older, and his impact is spot duty at best. JO runs like a beast, and a case could be made to keep just one FB. Reece isn’t an easy or obvious cut, but he should be at least considered.

  • R8drTahoe in SF

Totes… I don’t put much stock into a depth chart that everybody can look at.

  • willy91137

If they think they have a run game they will definitely use. it

  • R8erEduc8er

Reece looks fit. Props to the strength and conditioning team again. Pump brakes on cutting him. Mark wouldn’t have that anyway.

  • JLofty

Dont have to worry about that until week 4….

  • the fat dr robert

things i find interesting about the chart:

    1) my boy GA3 is on the outs
    2) holton and brent are on their way to making this team/PS
    3) o’malley has passed g.holmes and is on his way to the PS
    4) rivera still being pushed aside by the org
    5) olawale is the guy
    6) watson will impress until preseason week 4 when he gets hurt for the year
    7) my boy darius latham has a tuff road to hoe
    8) cowser may make this team
    9) james is playing MLB where he struggled in college and not edge where he did well. so he’s the new burris.
    10) mcgill is goners

  • Myopinion

No it really doesn’t matter for more than blog debates.

  • willy91137

I have a brand-new hundred dollar bill and I will bet you that car will be the starter

  • R8erEduc8er

    5 word, 8 tops answers.

  • Purvisman/Eternal Optimist

Martial arts training for many years.
Props belong to Reece in this case.

  • Guest123

Not liking the overall depth of the WR’s. We are paper thin, and a case can be made that beyond Coop and Crabs, we can’t really rely on the other two WR’s. Would be nice if had one more cuz you know that ish happens every year and somebody gets hurt.

  • R8drTahoe in SF

What is your reasoning behind saying he’s “spot duty at best”? He’s been underutilized and likely has a lot left IMO.

Reece is still a mismatch nightmare, and while Olawale had a few good runs last season, I’m not comfortable with cutting the reliably good fullback for one that could maybe be a similar player, just yet anyhow.

  • the fat dr robert

    roberts is legit.

  • Guest123

He wears down. Lately when has he been able to string together a bunch of good games. He’s fine in a pinch, and nice to have, but can’t sustain it anymore.

  • SB3

I don’t think they will try to run against us, they will dink and dunk ala Raiders of 2002

  • SB3

    Which are always fun.

  • the fat dr robert

    new post

  • Charlie

    New post.

  • R8drTahoe in SF

Wears down, the guy that only ran the ball ten times last season wears down…

Or are you talking about his 30 catches (one of which was for 40+ yards and two which were 20+ yards) for 269 yards and three touchdowns?

My guess is that your opinion is skewed because of the number of drops that he had last season. They were really frustratingly infuriating for sure. I was mad… but he’s legit, don’t get it twisted.

  • JLofty

Well he’s suspended so that won’t be an issue until well into the autumn…

  • R8drTahoe in SF

Exactly, but he should be cut right now according to some.

  • R8drTahoe in SF

    Look at their stats comparably.

  • HELLSBELLS

Have to give 20-1 odds to even get a sniff.
