iPhone: Rules to camp by

The first thing you need to do when camping for the iPhone or for aything for that matter is to make friends. The person sitting next to the left or the right of you will be your buddy for the next couple of hours. I’m sitting between two deteremined teenagers and a mom named, Sheri Neef, and her daughter, Alyssa.

I asked her when she got here and she said she saw the report on the news and had the day off. So why not go in line. She’s planning to sell her spot but I don’t know how much she’ll get for it.

Anyway, these are the folks who’ll be helping you keep your space in line. If you need to go to the bathroom, they can vouch that you were there before. If you need to pick up some food, they can hold your place. And if someone tries to cut, they can help you raise an uproar.

In the mean time, it’s gotten colder and everyone’s bundling up. The weather report said something along the lines of a low of 59 degrees. I’m also getting hungry. Other folks in the line have ordered pizza to the Apple Store and guess what? They actually deliver.

There’s nothing much to do now except to wait, read a book, play some games and read about the NBA draft.
