Theresa, If you need it, I have the list of the addresses and both past and most recent cost lists which doesn’t include names, but it sure is easy to get parent names from that list.

There were five children named, who travel in single student per day cars or vans.
I would not give you their names, but could tell you whether you son is on the list.

Theresa, did you by chance save a copy of that list or anyone else? I don’t want to see all the names on it but would like confirmation that my son was not on it.
I would be happy to e-mail you privatley and if it is there go on record with a complaint.

@TH #51 — Not sure if that is legal or not, but perhaps the First Amendment Coalition could advise you. Can the General Counsel to the district BOE recommend and receive financial benefits from the district ? What do his divorce papers say as to who is responsible between his ex-wife and him for the payment of costs of education of their children ? That’s public record.

I am not sure they can redact contractual information on a public document where a public official like the General Counsel or district manager is receiving a financial benefit from the district, in this case a child’s transportation on a special contract. I guess if this parent/employee doesn’t want the child’s name to be used, he or she could live in a different district than the one where they are employed.
