I am very concerned that if there is enough time and opportunity to do ‘this’ in a stairwell, there is enough time and opportunity to do much worse. A high school should not even have these little out-of-the-way hidden spots available for ‘whatever’ students might decide to use them.

Sorry, G. I guess the architects that built the school 110 years ago weren’t thinking about 2012 teenage, heathen behavior.
