Anon: Public comment was allowed when the interim contract was discussed and CAC member Denise Lambert spoke.
But, it appears that public comments may not be solicited in June, when Mills’ contract may be extended as long as she gets a positive evaluation from Lawrence.

I do not agree with this. There is no reason to rush into a long contract. Lawrence and company do not have a good record of picking quality people. I think the special Ed community should have a chance to have a say in this matter.
I am so sick and tired of the pass the trash game. We needed some time to uncover who ms. Mills is and what she can do to help.
I can’t help but think that there was an evil plan in place when they didn’t ask for public comment and just went ahead and did it.
