Oakland Tribune Outtakes

In a former blog post about the Community Development Block Grant meeting fiasco last month, I mentioned that former District 3 candidate Sean Sullivan was there as well as blogger V Smoothe – both elected to the CDBG community board for West Oakland, btw. Some folks may have gotten the impression that Sullivan and Smoothe were vocal opponents of a plan to direct CDBG funds to the West Oakland Teen Center.
