You may or may not know that pinball is all but illegal in Oakland. So, of course, I’m writing a story about it for Friday’s Night Owl column in the paper. The culprit is a convaluted code (9.24.090) that doesn’t make much sense. So send me your pinball stories, legends, lore, movies and anything else you find interesting about the game esp. as it related to Oakland.
