Tuesday (July 21) compliments of the Ella Baker Center. Good place to wait out the results of the special elections: will Oakland fund its way out of the red by becoming the first city to tax pot? The Ella Baker Center also will be talking strategy and introducing a new campaign director. The evening kicks off at 6:00 PM. Appetizers will be provided, and happy hour drink specials will be available. Z Café is located at 2735 Broadway. Cheers.
