Having narrowly escaped the potentially lucrative but unappealing fate of being turned into a massage parlor, the Parkway theater is still luring cinema-minded entrepreneurs with its picture, pub and pizza siren song. A meeting is taking place Wednesday between the building’s owners and just the kind of guy who would remain faithful to the old days – at least more than a massage parlor would.
