This week, something very current: The Governor visited Historic Camp Richardson Resort yesterday to let Californians know that businesses are open and ready for the 4th of July holiday.
“The fire is now 100 percent contained; it has been terminated!”
Ah, the movie references just never get old. But even more so than “The Terminator,” this clip somehow reminds me of that scene from “Jaws” in which the mayor assures the public that Amity Island’s beaches are ready and perfectly safe for the July 4th weekend. DAH-dum… DAH-dum… DAHdumDAHdumDAHdumDAHdum…
