Yet, the Republican cans not be stopped, neither by Hillary nor the Democrats from boasting that in 2001 prior to 911: New York cities, counties and state were broker than nada. With Hillary as a New York U.S. senator, what has she done in comparison to financially lifting New York City out of dispair?
