Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors John Gioia announced a new family member in his 2008 “Happy New Year” card, a dog named Charlie.
All together now, “Aaaooohh!”
But I’m glad to read on the back of the card that it was not produced or mailed with the use of taxpayer dollars.
