I remember when Tom Delbacarro was elected Vice Chair after a hard fought campaign. When Tom came to the podium after his victory Nehring made some snide comment to Tom over the microphone. Delbaccaro to his credit blew it off but it was a stupid thing for Nehring to say. Yes the conservates are upset over the state of the Republican Party. But they were very quiet while Bush and his Republican in congress buddies were running the party into the ground the last eight years. Why say anything when we are in power. After all the Bushies don't take kindly to folks who think for themselves. Just ask Bill Jones. These are the wilderness years for the GOP. We have done ourselves in and it will be a long road back to power. McCain give the GOP a chance to retain the presidency but the tide running strongly anti Republican.
