The Chelene Nightingale for Governor campaign..has tried to UNDULY Influence Voters to change parties For their candidate with a “how to…step by step website, which also tells them that after the primary they can change their voter registration back to any party and vote again.

“CORRUPTLY INFLUENCING VOTERS” = 1ST degree felony CODE 104.061 election law. Fine and 5 years in prison.

Harsh penalties aimed at deterring electoral fraud make it likely that individuals who perpetrate fraud do so with the EXPECTATION That it either will not be discovered, or will be excused.

These acts are considerd to be morally unacceptable outside the spirit of electoral laws or in violation of the principles of democracy.

It constitutes a wish to creat a ‘DICTATORSHIP” WHEN YOU TRY TO BREAK DOWN DEMOCRACY TO IMPLEMENT voter INFLUENCED FRAUD.

GREAT news about Markham Robinson running for Governor..Guess that leaves Chelene Nightingale candidate for Governor a bit perplexed. She was trying for the AIP nomination but using much deceit in her campaign. She is with Constitution Party..of which California does not have a ballot qualified party.

Better to play by the rules…SHE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO Hijack the AIP for her own use!!

I lived in the Bay Area most of my life then moved to the beautiful Pacific Northwest 8yrs ago. I must say the hardest adjustment was not hearing you in the morning. I sure miss hearing you Melanie. Thank you for everything you have done. Thank you for supporting the troops and getting Gray Davis out of office. It is a sad day, I will not hear you every morning anymore. Don’t listen to the people leaving you hate filled mail. They are the real haters. I was a member of the Marin Co Republican central committee and met you once. I am also a retired FBI agent and worked the Weathermen Case in NY especially Bill Ayres. The next time he visits a campus, and there is a question period have someone ask this question. “In 1972, did you and you wife as members of the Weathermen, bomb the Park Street Police station in SF killing a policeman?” The case was resurrected 3 years ago and I attended a meeting of investigators. The man who ran the meeting was Lt. Joel Harms, his partner was the cop that died in the explosion. His tel# 3 years ago was 415 713-0822. He has more information on the SF weathermen activities, I worked them in NY. Max Noel another FBI agent and Weathermen agent told me recently that in Ayres book, the Fugitive Days, he omits any mention of being in SF. We know for a fact they were in SF. Max seems to think, he wants to distance himself from this area since this is the only outstanding charge that could put him or Bernadine in jail for life. Good job, Melanie, keep up the good work.
