I’m afraid I’m not much help here. I’ve done some searching and Steve Smith doesn’t appear to have run much of campaign. He didn’t even file anything on the Smart Voter web site sponsored — free! — by the League of Women Voters.

I am a college student reporter trying to write profiles on the Alameda Board of Supes candidates in District 4, and I cannot find any information on Steve White to save my life.

Do you know of any way to track down candidate information on elusive candidates?
