Could you please clarify something for me? In the February primary, Decline To State voters were not allowed to vote in the Republican primary. Is the process different for this June primary? Thanks.

FROM LISA V. Yes, Patty, it will be different in June. The California GOP only bans non-Republican voters from its presidential primarh. At this time, it welcomes everyone into the primaries for Congressional, state and other partisan seats.
