		<description>I&#039;m told by folks at the American Association of Political Consultants that campaign-related robocalls are considered free speech and as such, they are exempt from the Do Not Call Registry or its restrictions.  Is that not the case?</description>

The National Political Do Not Contact Registry is demanding that the CPUC enforce the regulation and ensure that CA voters are left in peace and privacy during the upcoming Fall Election.
