The point is to look at the structure of governance as a whole especially the role special interests play in raising expenditure. The state is chronically in deficit. Its interesting that the League thinks Arnold is so wonderful…How about the fact he never returns spillover monies to transportation as the requires; he ignores other voter passed initiatives regarding where monies should be allocated; he is trying to cripple transit and redevelopment agencies with his budget, and education and special services will also suffer.
This is a governor of the people? NOT! As for the prison guards, have you ever been to a prison and seen the responsibility or life threatening atmosphere they deal with on a daily basis? This is definitely a case of walk a mile in their shoes.

The prison guards union is the evil emprire. They weild enormous power in Sacramento, and it’s all based on one thing – money. Because of the the money they have been spreading around in Sacramento the corrections budget is so bloated beyond belief. A lot of people are siting in jail not because they are a threat but because COPA doesn’t wan them let out. This slimy orginization wants more and more money spent on prisons so they can increase thier power. I’m tired of it, somebody needs to take them on.
