Prop. 11 campaign launches Web ad

The campaign for Proposition 11, the legislative redistricting reform measure, has released its first Web ad, and the huge chunk of change that the California Correctional Peace Officers Association gave to state Senate President Pro Tem Don Perata, D-Oakland, to help defeat the measure is featured front and center:
