Note this comment in their statement: “along with funding for water supply reliability.”

The term “water supply reliability” is the covername for exporting water from the Delta to Southern California, aka the peripheral canal!

And the feds just gave $4 million in “stimulus money” to BDCP which is pushing a peripheral canal with no in-Delta representation!
