Karen Bass can “push” all she wants, but this time the voters will reject Props 1A and 1B; and we may only end up seeing Prop 1F passing overwhelmingly!

Only a true crisis (voters rejecting Props 1A and 1B) will require the state legislature to actually make necessary spending cuts to “nice to have programs” and eliminating many programs which have served no good at all.
