Tom Campbell to speak in Contra Costa

Tom Campbell, former dean of the UC Berkeley Haas School of Business, former State Director of Finance and member of the Franchise Tax Board and a potential 2010 gubernatorial candidate, will speak at the April 23 luncheon meeting of the Contra Costa Council.

Campbell will  discuss state finances and budget reform, along with the ballot measures being presented to voters in the May 19 special election.
