  1. RR, Uninvited Columnist Says:

Ain’t no way to treat a lady!

  2. Elwood Says:

Rollie obviously studied at the knee of Henry Clarke.

Local one always shows a lot of class. I’m sure the supervisors will be moved by the power of Rollie’s reasoning and logic.

  3. Ralph Hoffmann, Guest Columnist Says:

No doubt Rollie convinced Mary to vote with the rest of the Sups. After all, they are responsible for those ridiculous pensions our County higher-ups get. Rollie has called me a trouble-maker, because I’m one of the few to speak, yet am not an employee. It’s obvious who the wisest person seated at the Sups chairs. It was Mariah, Mary’s daughter, subbing for Gayle, who kept her mouth shut, obviously bored by the BS.

  4. Arne Simonsen Says:

Rollie Katz is an advocate for his union membership, so it is no surprise that he’s like to see the State raise taxes and fees to protect the over-generous pension & OPEB of his members.

On the other hand, I expect Supervisor Piepho (and hopefully Gayle) to stand up for taxpayers and oppose increases in taxes and fees.

  5. John W Says:

Rollie is just representing his union, which is what he is paid to do. But I’ve seen several of his nonsensical tirades at BOS meetings. They drive me nuts.
