“fairly important” is in the eye of the beholder and hardly sufficient grounds to impugn the objectivity and integrity of a reporter.

Just more dimmiecrat machine BS which is only just beginning for the beloved Markie Mark.

Look for more Markie Mark love letters and attacks on those who do not love Markie sufficiently in the eyes of the true believers.

I have never heard of Adriel Hampton, but he just became my new favorite politician. Mark DeSaulnier is at best a ladder-climber, trying to work his way up in ploitics. At worst, he is a conniving fraud. I have had the misfortune of being represented by Mark on almost every rung of his climb, and have never seen or heard of a positive action he has taken. His political positions are calculated. Out of shear coincidence, I think I am on the same side of some of his major positions right now. That does not influence me in the least to vote for him.

Mark’s not the only one supporting DeSaulnier — Lisa V doesn’t have the chops to publish this little PR tidbit: California League of Conservation Voters (CLCV) just endorsed DeSaulnier (he was alone in that honor — Garamendi and Buchanan were NOT endorsed) in the 10th CD race. Perhaps Lisa V is in the tank for someone else given her omission of this fairly important political event taking place on Monday of this week.

Labor leaders, enviromental groups, and most local Contra Costa County elected officials are supporting DeSaulnier for Congress. This is no accident. He’s got a proven track record, he has produced for local voters on countless issues as a Mayor, a Supervisor, an Assemblyman, and as a State Senator. In areas like smart growth, improving air quality, safety in the work place, saving jobs, he’s been a fighter for local people. Like Tom Torlakson and George Miller – who both are supporting him in his run for Congress – he’s a fighter for regular working people. I’m a longtime super market checker – just a regular working stiff – and I think Desaulnier is the kind of leader who will be an advocate for working people. Go Mark! Working people are with you all the way!
