		<description>California&#039;s own currency. How embarrassing. The Dems in Sacto need to get it that they won&#039;t be able to balance the budget with any tax increases. Since that&#039;s the starting point, the issue is where to cut. Why leave it up to just 5 individuals? Do your jobs, folks! And why isn&#039;t the Governor using his blue pencil - the line item veto authority? Don&#039;t hear anything about that.</description>
