Anyone who knows Alaska knows exactly what Governor Palin was speaking about. Alaska is America’s Last Frontier! Clearly the folks from the lower 48, have no idea what its like and have no appreciation for the independent nature of Alaskans.

Nice recital from Shatner.
Anybody ever read: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2009/jun/08/palin-fends-off-all-ethics-charges-brought-since-0/
I’ve always liked this Political Blotter form the Contra Costa Times, as it seemed impartial, but I’ve yet to see anything positive on Sarah Palin. Too bad this venue didn’t highlight the story above.

Well, Mike, I could’ve mentioned this one too — about newer reports of Palin’s possible ethical lapses — but I didn’t (until now, of course).
And, um, you’re citing the Washington Times in order to insinuate some bias on my part? Jeez.

Josh, just making a point that I’ve never seen a story in here that illustrated how many of the ethics charges were cleared. The Shatner item is funny, but just some whip cream that seems to get heaped on with the Palin bashing. The article cited just seems to be another frivolous accusation. Why shouldn’t she be able to mount a defense? Odd that there would be a rule preventing her from being able to collect funds from a trust for fending off charges of ethics wrong-doing. Why did someone feel obligated to leak this charge? C’mon let’s get over her.
Geez, I thought the Washington Times was just a newspaper. I saw the article on Yahoo and brought it to the attention of some friends, so I used it here too.
