CD10: Candidate forum replays online and cable

Voters in the 10th Congressional District unable to attend recent forums of the candidates in the two major parties may view those events online and on cable television.

The special election to replace former Congresswoman Ellen Tauscher is Sept. 1.

The Aug. 7 and Aug. 11 forums featuring the 11 Democratic and Republican candidates are available 24-7 on-line at www.contracostatimes/politics.

The Contra Costa Council and Bay Area Council from held on Aug. 7 will air on Comcast community television on:

Tri Valley Channel 26: Aug. 22 and Aug. 29, 2 p.m. and 7 p.m.; and Aug. 30, 7 p.m. and 9 p.m.

Channel 28 in Walnut Creek, Channel 26 in Central Contra Costa County and Channel 24 in East Contra Costa County: Aug. 22 and 29, 2 and 7 p.m.; Aug. 30, 7 p.m.

The Aug. 11 forum sponsored by Saint Mary’s College, League of Women Voters of Diablo Valley and the Contra Costa Times will air on Comcast community television on:

Tri Valley Channel 26: Aug. 21, 7 p.m.; Aug. 22, 4 and 9 p.m.; Aug. 28, 7 p.m.;  Aug. 29, 4 and 9 p.m.

Channel 28 in Walnut Creek, Channel 26 in Central Contra Costa County and Channel 24 in East Contra Costa County: Aug. 21, 7 p.m.; Aug. 22, 4 and 9 p.m.; Aug. 28, 7 p.m., Aug. 29, 4 and 9 p.m.; and Aug. 30, 9 p.m.
