Lisa, when you come back from Sacramento (by the AMTRAK Capital Corridor, of course), you may want to hear Darrell Steinberg’s speech, “California Gridlock” at the Commonwealth Club at Lafayette Vet’s Hall, 3780 Mt. Diablo Blvd., 5:30 pm October 20. You might get more than a PB&J there, but have to pay.

At 9 pm after a long day and sitting on cold granite a pb&J could be pretty valuable; pizza on the other hand is always cheap!

Water truely is the next Oil, at least in California. That’s Crude Oil, not peanut oil, or olive oil, Lisa. It’s clear that any oil will grease the palms of politicians and lobbyists hands. Five bucks won’t even get you a beer at The Pyramid Ale House.
