They continue avoiding one of the largest costs to Californians: The pension plans of state, county and local employees are excessive. There are very few workers in the private industry that retire making as much or more per year than when they are working. The cost to fund such retirements is excessive and now the state, etc. employees want more tax money to fund these plans, because the financial problems of everyone is now affecting them. Why should the taxpayers have to fund these exorbitant plans. These plans need to be reduced as tax income is not capable to fund them. Have some guts to address this problem
