San Francisco totaly sucks they need a earthquake bigger then the 1906 quake to dump the whole place into the ocean and demolish those two unsightly eyesore bridges

The Amendments were created to update the constitution according to new environments and situations. “Illegal entry” means exactly what it says and if the fourteenth amendment neglected to address this measure then it should be modified so that it will support the law to prevent illegal entry. If a foreigner enters America illegally with the intention to have a child so she can stay; the foreigner has victimized her own child and our law should not allow such a premeditated illegal scheme.
This is called strategic colonization. Those who allow this act and want to legalize it are questionable and have little regard for the United State of America.
Arizona’s violent boarder condition is no secret; with over 27 tunnels transporting narcotic into our society has been documented time after time. Why does Obama need to stop Arizona from enforcing this federal law so badly? If a federal law has been ratified how can anyone, including the president forbid any law enforcing agency to enforce it? Only monarchy countries do that.

Lastly, because San Francisco made their town a “Sanctuary City” for underage illegals, A father, uncle, and son where murdered at a stop light by an underage illegal.

“All Men are created equal”! The founders had it right, when attempting to form a perfect union and they also knew that they were not there yet but knew we one day would get there. Lincoln moved us forward as did JFK and LBJ. This Nation was founded by men of many nations and backgrounds. It was founded on the principle that all men are created equal, and that the rights of every man are diminished when the rights of one man are threatened.

It is my contention that this AZ law is not constitutional and will fail when challenged (unless they add more amendments), pretty funny for this so called perfect law.

I get asked for my ID all the time – this weekend it was at the movie theater for Iron Man 2, Costco, and Safeway. Costco was to enter, the others were for making a purchase. The AZ law is consistent with federal law and the police only ask for ID when in connection with other reasons, such as a traffic stop. Get real folks – most of you probably wear ID while at work to prove your supposed to be there or enter the building.

Mr. Benito, your tenor shows you discriminate against those that legally immigrate here. My rights are trampled upon when people break the law to get in this country and then use benefits that do not rightfully belong to them.

I hope that every American, regardless of where he lives, will stop and examine his conscience about this and other related incidents. This Nation was founded by men of many nations and backgrounds. All of us ought to have the right to be treated as he would wish to be treated, as one would wish his children to be treated, but this is not the case.

I know the proponents of this law say that the majority approves of this law, but the majority is not always right. Would women or non-whites have the vote if we listen to the majority of the day, would the non-whites have equal rights (and equal access to churches, restaurants, hotels, retail stores, schools, colleges and yes water fountains) if we listen to the majority of the day? We all know the answer, a resounding, NO!

Today we are committed to a worldwide struggle to promote and protect the rights of all who wish to be free. In a time of domestic crisis men of good will and generosity should be able to unite regardless of party or politics and do what is right, not what is just popular with the majority. Some men comprehend discrimination by never have experiencing it in their lives, but the majority will only understand after it happens to them.
