Among the additions is one that causes restless shaking of the right arm, similar to RLS (Restless Leg Syndrome). This Mental Illness is seasonal, similar to Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD). It occurs in May and October. The name of the Disorder is POLITICIAN.
