Rick said he has not yet seen the check. But the unit president works for Kramer at the assessor’s office and I assume that the unit president either knew about or signed the check. We’ll keep you posted when we know more.

Does it not raise some red flags? Somebody made a contribution on behalf of the 50 member engineering unit. The contribution came out of the, I guess, unit operating fund, without authorization, and without the knowledge of the Local #1 Pac board. Who wrote the check for $1,500? It raises suspicions that something is not right.
