This guy, like Jerry Brown and John Garamendi, seems to have no life other than occupying a series of apparently interchangeable (in their eyes) public offices. Cruz Bustamante was forced out of this “club” in 2006 when voters saw through his ridiculous “I was so fat” gimmick that he attempted to ride into the Insurance Commissioner’s office.
