Agreed. If we like what one candidate stands for and dislike what the other is selling, then vote accordingly. The other stuff is mostly just smoke. By that standard, I voted for McNerney but expect Harmer to win — and then lose in 2012.

The bailouts and health insurance law, combined with the sick economy, are driving this election. Strange, because people really, really would be mad if there had been no bailouts. As the president expressed it, “I’ve abandoned free-market principles to save the free market system.” No, not the “socialistic” madman Obama. That was former President G.W. Bush speaking in 2008. He was right, and Obama and the Dems were right to support him, while many Repubs didn’t. The day will come when people will realize what was at stake and how close we came to economic Armageddon.

After viewing the movie “Inside Job” there is no way that I could vote for anybody that is connected with the Wall Street Bankers. That includes the Obama Administration.
