Glad to see the governor take some leadership here. You would think the republican leadership would give some encouragement and maybe some suggestions but Mark Standriff is too busy hacking someone down because of his political persuasion. If Brown found a cure for cancer Standriff would shout it down as pocket lint.

Seems easy for Republican Chief Whiner Mark Standriff to complain about Jerry Brown being a “tinkerer”. Since the governor is actively doing a functional thing to cut spending, thats hardly tinkering, thats leadership.

Knowing that the Party-of-No will never actively do anything for progress or the public good, this real action must seem so foreign to them.
