Rep. Pete Stark, D-Fremont, lit into James Zrust, Vice President of Tax at Boeing Co., during a House Ways and Means Committee hearing today on tax reform and job creation. Citizens for Tax Justice issued a report yesterday on 12 U.S. corporations, including Boeing, which paid a negative tax rate in recent years.
