I’m sure the wheels are turning to figure out some highly creative way of making up for the lost pay. “Consulting fees” from some of their respective interest groups, perhaps?

I’d say the same about the GOP Norquistinidas.

While we’re at it, there’s lots of handwringing over the fact that Senate redistricting and renumbering will leave some politicians and districts in the lurch for one election cycle. My solution to that is to abolish the state Senate and go with a unicameral 120-member Assembly, with all members up every two years.

Good to see Joan Buchanan has something left after spending $1 million plus of her own money running for the CD 10 seat. But she sure has a strange, wildly unbalanced portfolio. Most of it in an insurance/reinsurance company — AON Corp. What’s her connection to them? Looks like she got burned on Bank of America, same as me.
