Personally, I think what happened in New York is great. That aside, the manner in which Gov. Cuomo made this happened with a GOP-controlled Senate is reminiscent of the legislative genius of LBJ. He organized, did his homework, pushed buttons, twisted arms and played some hardball. Some of us would like to see a little more of this from Team Obama.
