These dudes aren’t mere excitable boys who swiped a GPS or cheated on their driver’s test. They are a danger to guards and other inmates. That’s how they gained admission. As for the “prison activists,” the tone of the story would be more appropriate if they were working on behalf of striking schoolteachers who got out of hand during a union rally.
