Yes you are.

If the FBI is snooping around, and congressional committees are looking for the next “Gate,” whether there is one or not, you lawyer up and you follow the advice of counsel. As I understand it, if you answer even one substantive question when testifying before Congress, you effectively waive the right to invoke the Fifth on other questions.

If these guys or anybody in the government did anything improper or illegal, it’ll all come out. Be patient, my son.

Gee, and I was hoping that someone would explain the Constitution to me.

I’m so naive that I figure if you have nothing to hide you should have no problem with testifying freely and truthfully.

I see they lawyered up with two of the most politically connected law firms in the country.

I guess all the mafioso and various other criminals were afraid of being abused by the mean old congressional committee when they “took da fit”.

I wonder why?

“Sept 20 (Reuters) – Solyndra LLC’s chief executive and chief financial officer will invoke their Fifth Amendment rights and decline to answer any questions put to them at a Congressional hearing on Friday, according to letters from their attorneys obtained by Reuters.”
