Ryan is smart, but I know what you mean. He’s the know-it-all type who, in my Kansas high school, upper classmen would seek out and take into the country, depants them, and make them walk back to town in their tighty whities.

Is there anyone else who thinks that Mr. Ryan is little more than a smarmy, overgrown high school student body president? He and the other GOP “leaders” in attendance are models of “self-righteousness.” Where were they when Tom DeLay was running amuck when Republicans last ran Congress? Oh yes, Cantor and Ryan were in Congress helping to prop up DeLay and his ilk.
