He has accomplished virtually nothing over the past five years. He is essentially interchangeable with just about any other Democrat, toe-the-line backbencher. He’s just a mere cog in a political machine. In stark contrast, Ms. Hancock has demonstrated leadership on many policy matters. She often is among the few legislators who thinks on her own.
