Burton’s brain was destroyed by coke years ago.
Further proof that a brain is not required to be a dimmiecrat leader.

Aww, come on now, Elwood! You gotta admit, the guy nailed it on the “direct democracy” topic. I saw this on TDS last night and laughed my head off.

Re: #2
I saw this sketch this morning on my TiVO and howled — this is classic Burton and the guy swore only slightly more than Stewart does on every nightly program…
That said, it’s sad to see what a mockery of democracy we hold up to the rest of the nation; I am sometimes ashamed to admit I live here to friends and family outside our “Gilded State”…

True in substance but not in fact. Look at the ballot shaping up for 2012. There are 3 multi billion dollar revenue measures currently with the AG for title and summary. All three promise billions of dollars for teachers and all three were written by the teachers unions.
Amazon and big corporations are not the only abusers of the initiative process. Public employee unions are as, if not more, guilty. Who wrote 3 strikes? the prison guards union? Prop 98? the teachers again. I could go on and on and on.
